Payment.
We take 100% of the payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your stay with us, we offer a 50% refund if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival we cannot offer a refund and you will be charged 100% of your stay. If we can rearrange your stay to another date that will suit both parties we will try to do so.
Forces of Nature
We can not be held liable for any wether conditions that may force us to cancel your stay. If in this event we had to cancel your stay, we would try to rearrange your stay for another date.
Damages
We may ask for a refundable cash deposit upon arrival of your stay. This would be to cover any damage caused to our site from misuse. At the point of departure we would inspect the lodge and if left in the condition it was at the point of arrival, we will give the deposit back. Any small breakages should be reported at departure.
Curfew
Being a family site, and a place that people come to relax, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum and that at 11pm we have quiet. If for any reason we are called to the woodland with a complaint, we may ask that a cash bond be taken to insure against any further problems that may arise, if this rule is not met we can request that you leave the site and no refund would be given.
Termination of booking.
If for any reason we need to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so, in this event a 100% refund would be given.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, when in the lodges we ask that they are placed in there beds. The must not go on any furnishings within the cabin. If for any reason we have damage caused or extra cleaning caused by dogs we may have to charge, we may also ask for a refundable cash bond if necessary. If we do have continued disturbance caused by dogs, we may ask to remove them from site.
Camp Fires
We do not allow any Camp Fires to be lit in the woodland under any circumstance.
Disabled facilities.
Please get in touch before booking if you require disabled access. We can provide this.
Liability
When or site we accept no responsibility for loss or damage that is out of our control
Our maximum liability shall be no more than to refund the amount paid for your stay.
Our site is located in a woodland and natural environment and we do not accept reponsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by plants or wildlife.
