How long can I stay for?
We have a minimum of 2 nights stay, and a maximum of 7 nights.

Can I bring a pet?
We love dogs here and welcome you to bring them, there is a maximum of 2 dogs per lodge, all we ask is that they stay on a lead at all times and you keep their paws off the bedding and furniture. We can provide beds for them, or you can bring your own.

There will be an additional £10 per dog charge, you can apply this cost when completing you booking.

Can I pitch a tent on the site as well?
Unfortunately not at the moment, but we may change this in the future.

Do I need to print my confirmation and bring it with me?
Printing your confirmation isn’t necessary. Just bring a note of your booking reference number with you, that combined with some personal information will be enough to get you checked in.

What is the earliest time that I can arrive at camp?
Campers are welcomed and given a tour of their lodges between 3 and 6pm. If you need to arrive at a different time let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I park beside my lodge?
The lodges are all positioned in the Woodland , its a short walk from our car park to the lodges. For this reason we ask all guests to park in the nearby car park with wheel barrows available to help with your luggage, if arranged beforehand we may be able to give you a lift with our buggy.

Do I need to bring any bedding?
When you arrive you’ll find our cozy beds made up and ready for you.

If you need a travel cot, we can provide this for you, with an additional cost of £10 per booking.

On your final day with us if you could help by stripping the beds we’d be very grateful.

Are towels provided?
We provide towels for you for your stay, we do ask that these are kept within the lodge and not used to wipe anything muddy, as this may result in us not being able to clean them and having to be replaced. If towels do need to be replaced we would have to charge for this.

Where can I buy essentials and perishable items?
Our site is based near to the village of Osmotherley, there are some great restaurants , shops and cafes for you to visit, the village store sells most things you would need for your stay. We do have our chickens to provide you with eggs in the morning.

What cooking facilities are there?
All of our lodges come with log burning stoves, they have an oven in the upper section that you can cook in,we also have a kitchen sink with built in gas hob, we provide a selection of cooking trays and pans.

How do I keep food items cold?
All lodges have a large fridge to keep your food and drinks cold.

Is there water in the tent?
All lodges come with hot and cold water hand basins as well as a washing up sink in the kitchen area.

Is there a bathroom in the lodge?
Yes each lodge has its own bathroom , there is a bath / shower, sink and toilet. There is hot running water throughout.

Can I light camp fires?
We regret that for safety reasons, open fires are NOT permitted on site.

Do I need to bring a travel cot?
We can supply you with a travel cot ready for your arrival at £10 per stay, unfortunately this doesn’t come with bedding.

If you’d prefer to bring your own travel cot all of the bedrooms offer more than enough space for your little one’s familiar cot!

Is electricity and Wifi available in the lodges?
There is electricity to each lodge, each lodge has a double socket in the kitchen, a double socket in the bedroom and electric lighting in each room.

Is there a mobile phone signal on the site?
Signal according to network may vary.

Do we have to clean the lodge when we leave?
We ask that the washing up is done and all rubbish bagged and taken to the rubbish area.
